Hey there, I have done a video out of my regular series to bring you something that has been on my heart and mind that i just had to share. So here it is and may you be blessed ,encouraged ,and inspired to get off the couch and see what great adventures God has waiting just for you! It's time to revolutionize your life! I believe it's time we Christians stop seeking our own entertainment and start living the adventurous, fulfilling, productive, and never boring life that God wants us to live. It's only one life we have to live for God, so let's do with all our might, with all our hearts, with all our passion, with all our energy, with all our being, and with everything we got. Life is simply too short to do other wise. Our days and times are far to precious and few. Let's stop filling ourselves with entertainment and let's start living an adventurous, productive, and an abundantly-full and rewarding life for God. And let's go after the things of God like there is no tomorrow. Because one day there won't be. Mae Renfroe

I Don't know your story, I don't know what you are going through. Nor what dreams may be laying shattered at your feet right now because of what has happened your life. But I know my God! And He is a faithful God, who loves you more than words can ever express. And He wants you to know there is still hope for your dreams! God restores shattered dreams and heals broken hearts. And He was great plans for your life to put to use the things that happened in your life for His glory. In this video, I give the example of the Bible character Joseph, and how so much was going against him, yet it was all turned around for his good. That's the same for you and me too. God can turn every bad thing around for our good and for His glory. In Him, Mae Renfroe Author, Life Coach, & aspiring speaker Hey here is our latest podcast episode. In this episode we talk about death and dieing. Death and dieing is a very real part of life. But it's still so very hard when the ones we love are snatched away so suddenly and unexpectedly. We are never ready to loose those we love, but in Christ we can still have hope. And we can go on with life with joy and peace knowing that God holds all life in His hands and with Him there is no accident. May you be encouraged with the Bible verses we share about death and those that die in Christ, and our message of hope. Below the podcast is 25 Comforting Bible Verses about Death for Those Dying in Christ, some of which we used in the podcast. May you be blessed and encouraged! In Him, Mae Renfroe
Comforting Bible Verses about Death for Those Dying in Christ
Romans 8:38-39 For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. 1 Corinthians 15:51-57 Behold! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. For this perishable body must put on the imperishable, and this mortal body must put on immortality. When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.” “O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?” John 11:25-26 Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?” John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 1 Corinthians 2:9 What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him. Revelation 1:17-18 When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. But he laid his right hand on me, saying, “Fear not, I am the first and the last, and the living one. I died, and behold I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of Death and Hades.” Revelation 14:1 And I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.” “Blessed indeed,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow them!” Romans 14:7-9 For none of us lives to himself, and none of us dies to himself. For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord’s. For to this end Christ died and lived again, that he might be Lord both of the dead and of the living. Philippians 1:21-23 For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. If I am to live in the flesh, that means fruitful labor for me. Yet which I shall choose I cannot tell. I am hard pressed between the two. My desire is to depart and be with Christ, for that is far better. 2 Timothy 4:7-8 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that Day, and not only to me but also to all who have loved his appearing. Revelation 21:4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away. James 1:12 Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him. 1 Corinthians 15:42-44 So is it with the resurrection of the dead. What is sown is perishable; what is raised is imperishable. It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness; it is raised in power. It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body. 2 Corinthians 5:6-9 So we are always of good courage. We know that while we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord, for we walk by faith, not by sight. Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord. So whether we are at home or away, we make it our aim to please him. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep. For this we declare to you by a word from the Lord, that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord. Therefore encourage one another with these words. 1 Peter 1:23-25 …You have been born again, not of perishable seed but of imperishable, through the living and abiding word of God; for “All flesh is like grass and all its glory like the flower of grass. The grass withers, and the flower falls, but the word of the Lord remains forever.” Job 1:21 And he said, “Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return. The LORD gave, and the LORD has taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD.” Comforting Bible Verses about Death from the Psalms Psalm 16:8-11 I have set the Lord always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken. Therefore my heart is glad, and my whole being rejoices; my flesh also dwells secure. For you will not abandon my soul to Sheol, or let your holy one see corruption. You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore. Psalm 23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Psalm 34:4-5 I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him are radiant, and their faces shall never be ashamed. Psalm 46:1-2 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea. Psalm 55:22 Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved. Psalm 73:25-26 Whom have I in heaven but you? And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. Psalm 116:15 Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints. Psalm 149:6 For the LORD takes pleasure in his people; he adorns the humble with salvation. We have had 3 deaths in our family in less than 3 years, (our 14 year-old son on April 19th, 2017, my Dad on Oct. 6, 2018, and my brother Lee on Dec.22, 2019) , so death and dying has been on our minds a lot lately. I have looked up verses on this subject, and found 25 comforting verses about death and those dying in Christ, and have them listed here. My daughters and I will be doing a podcast on this as well in the near future. May you find these verses comforting and encouraging. ( My brother Lee, at the age of 46, passed away suddenly in a tragic vehicle accident early morning of Dec. 22, 2019. This is a little message of encouragement that I had the opportunity to share at my bother's funeral this past week. )
The passing of Lee Denison was so sudden and tragic, and when something this tragic happens we are often left trying to make sense of it, and wondering where God is in all this, and why God would have ever allowed this to happen in the first place. Here is something I think we all need to know, sometimes God calls us through things instead of around them. And we will never know why. We just need to know who is on the throne and who's in charge. And It’s’ in the midst of our pain and suffering, that God is right there too. As many of you know, my family and I experienced the sudden loss of our 14-year-old son in 2017. I frimly belived that if our son was meant to be here he woud still be here, and because of that I felt a strong sense of God presence, peace, and calmness surround me. God gave us the strength to face each new day ahead and joy that can't be quenched. Today we are once again faced with tragedy, and my desire is that each one of us here may be filled with that same peace, comfort, and joy that I have been. I want you to know there is hope and healing again after something as tragic as this. There is better days ahead. For God restores, gives hope, brings life, heals broken hearts, comforts the hurting and lonely, and surrounds us in peace that surpasses all human understanding. May we all keep drawing closer to God, and keep pressing on! God never said life would be easy, but He said He would always be with us. God is near to the brokenhearted ( Psalm 34:18), blesses those who grieve ( Mattew 5:4 )and keeps in perfect peace whose minds are kept on Him.( Isaiah 26: 3-4 ) In this video I talk about being okay with starting small. Even if it's small for a long time. Be faithful in that. Keep preserving, keep pressing on. If God gave you the dream it will happen. It will come about, it will grow, and it will prosper. But in His timing, not ours ; and in His way, not ours. Your beginnings may be small, but the outcome will be sure to be beyond your wildest dreams. When we give our little to God He does wonders with it and makes it grown and multiply. God goes way past what we can even think of, hope for, or imagine. So be okay with starting little. But keep your eyes on that big dream. Here is my encouragement to you, for whatever that dream of your is, keep chasing that dream, don't loose hope, and don't give up! Your breakthrough is around the corner! And remember, quitters never win, winners never quit! So start small and keep thinking big! But most importantly start!! If this has been a blessing to you, please share it, In Him, Mae Here is a little video to give you hope and encouragement for whatever you may be going through in life. God is with you & for you, and has a plan and purpose for what He allows you to go through. He knows how to turn the worst of your tragedies into the greatest triumphs for His glory! The greater the test, the greater the testimony! So don't loose hope. He loves you and cares for you. And He will see you through this! In this video I share our story of loss, and how God gave me comfort and peace right through it all. And I talk about how you can have that same hope and peace in Christ.
If you would like to see the longer version of our story of loss and hope on video please see this previous blog post. the-video-of-our-story-of-loss-hope-encouragement-and-inspiration-for-the-hurting.html And I would love it if you would pass this on to as many people as you can. I want this to reach as many people as possible. I'm passionate about being a light in someones dark world. And a hope for the hurting. That there is healing of broken hearts in God. And that He cares for you and He is passionately crazy in love with you. May Jesus be your personal Savior and the Lord of your life today. Place your life in His hands for there is no safer and better place to be! In Him, Mae Have things happened that is beyond your control and has left you reeling in pain and sorrow? Are you wondering how you can possibly go on with life, and if you will ever have joy again? Are you trying to make sense of it all, and asking why, God, who is in control of all things, would have ever allowed the thing to happen in the first place? Are you so down, you don't know how you will ever get up again? Whether it was the tragic and sudden death of a child or another loved one, a divorce, rejection, a Dr.s diagnosis, etc.... Life was going along smooth and everything was great. Things couldn't have been better. And then out of nowhere in a single moment this happened. And everything changed. Your world turned upside down. You were knocked you off of your feet. The wind blew out of your sail. And your left wondering where God is in all of this. And why He hasn't stopped this. Sometimes God calls us through things instead of around them. But He is right there with us through it all. We want God to hurry and calm the storm. But God wants us to find Him in the midst of the storm first. ( Continued below the video. ) God does His most stunning work where things seem the most hopeless. God is able to bring hope into your life even when everything seems hopeless. Were there are pain and suffering God is right there too. And there is no better place for the greatness & brilliance of God to shine! I may not know what you are going through, but I know that I serve a faithful God who is in control all things and has a plan and a purpose for what He allows to happen in our lives. There is no accidents with God and He makes no mistakes. He will turn your pain into a purpose! Your test into a testimony! Your tragedies into triumphs! Your wounds into beauty marks! Your setbacks into breakthroughs! Your disability into a possibility! All for His glory and your better good! Amen! As you listen to our family's personal story of loss and hope may you be filled with that same peace, comfort, and joy that I have been. I pray you will be inspired to get up and keep on going. And if it's too hard to stand, remember to kneel. It's down on our knees that He can lift us back up again. When bad things become unbearable, trust that good things are going to happen. That's when God does His greatest work!
Please know there is better days ahead. You will get through this, you will be filled with joy, and have a peace that passes all human understanding. And you can have a full and blessed life after loss. God has a plan for you that is better than you can ever hope for or imagine. Keeping pressing into God and pressing on! He will be with you all the way. And remember if you need someone to talk to just contact me. That's what I am here for. take a minute and leave me a comment or e-mail me and I will get back to you as soon as I can. And let me know how I can pray for and with you. God's greatest blessings to you my dear friend! In Him, Mae Renfroe [email protected] There will be no video blog post this week. Sorry. Last night was my Bible study night, but since no one was able to come to that I had planned to do a blog video in that time slot instead. And then...... a lot happened, and it got crazy busy around here. And now I'm preparing to get ready to go to my sister's place for the weekend which is a few hours from our place. So sadly no video this week. But I got plans for the next one. So I will just give you some quick inspiration here and then got on to my busy day here. Is there something in your life that seems utterly impossible? Maybe it's even something you feel God called you to, but now you don't see how it can possibly work out. Things are holding you back, there is obstacles in the way.
Well I am here to tell you not to loose heart and not to give up! We serve a God who can do the impossible! It's time to start living like we believe that. And please know that if He has called you to it He will provide a way and make it possible. He has a plan. Hang in there and keep trusting and keep believing. With God the impossible becomes possible!! Until next time, Mae Life has been busy at our house. And because of that, it's been two weeks since I did a video blog post, and over a week since I did a written post. Some of the things consuming my time lately are: ~ My husband coming home from Texas. ~ Going out to Edmonton with him for an appointment for our baby Faith concerning her head shape. All went well. ~ Planting in our garden. ~ And keeping our garden watered due to a major lack of rain in our area. ~ Still busy schooling. ~ Tending to the children. ~ Cooking and housekeeping. ( You know, the usual) Hoping things will slow down and I will get back to doing blog videos this week. And will continue writing as time allows. In the meantime, I would love to hear from you, my readers. Let me know you visited my website/blog. How you liked it. What was your favorite recent post of mine? Or anything else you would like to tell me. I would love to connect with you. I want to be a blessing and encouragement to you. And would like to know how I can do that even more. And if you have something I can pray with you about as well, please let me know. That what I'm here for. A big exciting thing for me that I'm really wanting to work on soon is a video of our story of loss and hope. I already have some done in that way, and just need to add to it and do some editing. My hopes for that video is to share it with as many people as possible through my website and blog, and you-tube, to give inspiration and encouragement to as many people as possible. I want to give life and hope to others from the loss of our son. That is what kept me going right from the beginning of loosing our son; is that I felt God had big plan in this for us. A plan to give life to others - eternal life in Christ. Only God knows how all He will use this, and what all plans He has, I just want to be His willing servant. And I just want to say yes to His will.
I would not only love to hear from you. But I would also love your prayers in this as well. For God's guidance and direction over me, and for extra time to accomplish this. (Extra time is not something I have a lot of as busy mom eight.) Please keep visiting my blog for more great stuff coming, and be sure to spread the word to others you know who would be blessed and encouraged by my website and blog as well. In Him, Mae Two years has gone by since the passing of our son, Clayton, on April 19th, 2017. Clayton died instantly in a tragic quad accident at the young age of 14. ( For the complete story of that day see this blog post. April 19, 2017 ) I have been writing here on my blog, Grieving With Hope, about the new journey we are on. And I have been able to be an encouragement and inspiration to my blog readers over these last 2 years with all that God is doing and has done in our lives, and from the comfort we have been given. I love seeing how God uses bad things for good and for His glory! God always wins! And God knows how to make sense out of the tragedies and traumas of life. God puts to use what He allows us to go through if we will only place it in His hands. He will make something beautiful out of it. He turns our tragedies into triumphs. Time has a good way of healing our hurting and broken hearts. But the missing of our son is still there. There is a constant void in our hearts and in our home. We will never feel complete as a family this side of heaven. I've been praying for more opportunities to share my message of hope and encouragement that God has given me, either through writing or speaking. I would love to be able to share some of my writings through various women's ministries and organizations. I want to be an inspiration to others that are going through similar things. To let them know there is hope and there is healing after something as tragic as this. And help them to see these times of difficulty for what they really are -- seasons of growth and shaping. We can live an abundant life after our loss. God restores and heals. He is near to the brokenhearted. ( see Psalm 34: 18 ) And God blesses those who grieve. ( see Matthew 5:4 ) May we keep in mind that the opposition and tribulations we go through in life can produce some of the greatest fruit in us. They can cause us to face things and do things we could not have done had we not had that opposition, tragedies, or tribulations. These things will make us go running to God. They will make us pray. And make us to increase our faith. We often view opposition as a bad thing, and it can certainly feel that way. But these things can be an opportunity. An opportunity for more of God's blessing in our lives. And an opportunity for our growth, and to be an out reach and blessing in someone else's life. Even in the unbearable seasons of life, He is nearer than we often think. He promises to never leave us nor for sale us. So let's keep praising. Keep worshiping. Keep believing. Keep Loving. Keep trusting. In Him Mae Romans 5:3-5 (KJV) 3 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; 4 And patience, experience; and experience, hope: 5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. Here is the latest book I am reading. It has been very encouraging to me, and some of the inspiration for this blog post was from this book. I highly recommend this book, Restart Your Heart by Jetezen Franklin, to anyone who has been hurt by things in life. I have yet to read Jentezen Franklin's book, Love Like You've Never Been Hurt. Jentezen refers to that book many times in this one, as well has excerpts from that book. So I would recommend both books. I am a student Christian life coach, married to my husband for 19 years, and a home-school mom of 8 children ages 18 to 2 ( one of which is in heaven ).
I am currently offering free coaching sessions. I need to practice my coaching on real people with their unique problems and concerns. My focus is on parent coaching, and Hope & Healing after Loss. Would you be interested in FREE coaching sessions? I am prepared to offer 4 to 5 MOTIVATED individuals 4 coaching sessions spaced one or two weeks apart. The sessions would be by phone and would last between 30 min to an hour in length and then you´d probably have homework of some kind, depending on what you decided you wanted to do. You must be willing and able to do what it takes and really want to make changes in your life- the changes you decide to make. Life coaching is NOT counseling or therapy. More like that personal trainer at the gym. You do the work and you focus on your goals. I just help to carve out a path to get there, and keep you accountable. If you are interested you can hop over to my coaching page for more info and send me a message in the contact box. If you are seeking a life coach to assist you in others areas than I mentioned above, just let me know, and I will see if it's something I can be help to you in. I looking forward to working with you! Thanks, Mae
I am very excited to share here with you all, an article written by Talena Winters, a fellow author & blogger, as well as a mom who has also experienced the loss of a child as I have.
This article is of our loss of our 14 year-old son, and about drawing closer to God in our difficult time. And with His strength and peace how we are walking this new road in victory. I pray this will be a blessing an encouragement to any one who reads it. If you are walking this difficult path too, and would like to have someone to talk to and help you as navigate the stages of grief, and find new joy and purpose in life again. Please feel free to contact me. This is what I am here for. May you be blessed! In Him, Mae As we are about to start off this new year, I have been reflecting back over this past year and about how much we have to be thankful for. Wow, so much. So many things, in so many different areas, and in so many little details of our lives. It’s amazing to see God work in our lives. His goodness and faithfulness. God is good all the time, and all the time God is good! Praise the Lord! Just one of the many things I am very thankful for is the volume 2 book of, As For Me and My House. I am thankful that it is finally finished, and will soon be ready and available for purchase. It takes a lot of effort and time to do the self-publishing as I do. But I am thankful for that too. Self-publishing has been the only option for me in getting my books out there for you. I pray this book will be a blessing and an encouragement to my readers. That the messages held in it will inspire and challenge, as you walk with the Lord and raise your children for Him. As a mother, you have one of the greatest roles there is. Never underestimate the impact you will make on their lives for eternity. This is your destiny, and you are made for this. As you step in to this new year, I pray that you will be inspired to be and do all that God has for you. That you will be bold, courageous, and confident in Christ. And that you will know without a doubt who you are in Him. You are a daughter of the King, set apart for His use, a new creation, loved, accepted, forgiven, no longer a slave to sin, and an ambassador for Christ. May this shine forth brightly in all you do, and everywhere you go! Because you are special, you have Christ dwelling in you! I also want to encourage you, if you a feel God’s calling on your life in a certain direction, I hope you step into this calling with boldness and confidence. If you have this burning passion in you that you just can’t get out of your head and heart, then I hope you pursue after it. And don’t let fear stop you from doing it, and achieving it. Joshua 1:9 (KJV) Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. If you have a God-given dream, then go for it. And know He will not call you to something without giving you what you need to accomplish it. We read what Jesus did with his disciples in Mark chapter 6; He called them, He equipped them, and He sent them. He is doing that for you and I too. So let’s step into what He has for us and that desire that He has placed in our hearts, with all courage.
Let’s make this new year a year of change, a year of more, a year of boldness, a year of courage, a year of transformation, and year that we fulfill your dreams. If God gave you the dream, He will make it possible! Just keep dreaming, keep believing, and keep trusting! May you stay humble, stay focused, and stay blessed! Wishing you all the best in this new year! In Him, Mae Have you been left reeling after a sudden and tragic loss of a child or other loved one? Are you wondering how you can go on, and if you will have joy and happiness in life again? Do you have a hard time feeling and seeing the closeness and love of God in all this? Are you so overcome with sorrow and grief that your heart feels heavy and cold? Something that can be very helpful and healing in your loss and season of grieving, is finding things to be thankful for. And you will find, there are still things we can be thankful for. We may have to look a bit harder than normal. But there are things. They are there. And we will find them if only we will look for them. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (KJV) In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. Yes, even in these extremely hard and difficult things, like a loss, we can still be thankful. It will make our hearts lighter in the mist our great pain and sorrow. And isn’t it neat we are mandated to do so? God knew what this would be a balm to our souls and an ointment to our broken hearts. After the very tragic and sudden death of our 14-year-old son in a quad accident in April 2017, I started finding things that I was thankful for concerning his death. Some were immediately after, and other things came a little later on. It was like looking on the brighter side of his death and this tragedy. Right off, I was thankful that Clayton had not taken his little brothers along for a ride with him. And after getting the results of the autopsy back, which showed he died of a broken neck with little to no trauma, we were very thankful that his death was quick. It was very comforting to know he had not been laying there suffering long and yelling for us to help. Later on, as I thought about it, I found other various things to be thankful for. I was thankful that Clayton was healthy, happy, and full of life right up to his death. That he was raised in loving and God fearing home. Grateful that he loved God. And when I thought of other children that have died, knowing they had been sick, ill, or suffered at the hands of a violent person before their death, I knew that we had so much to be grateful and thankful for. I was thankful for our 3 month old baby at the time, who was true source of comfort to me. One particular time, about 2 weeks after, I was thinking about Clayton and tearing up, I took one look at sweet Rebecca cooing up at me. And said, " Your here just for my joy aren't you?" And of course, I am extremely thankful for all our friends and family for being there for us and with us in the days following. For their thoughtfulness in providing ready-to-go meals, frozen meals, snacks and fruits, financial help, cards, prayers, and their great care and concern for us. I will always be grateful for how the whole community came together with support for us. I encourage you too, to find ways and things to be thankful for in your loss. I know this can and will seem very hard at the moment, but the benefits are too valuable not to. Even as you grieve, yes, even with tears running down your face, as you think of things to be thankful for, your heart and soul will be comforted, and a smile more than likely will come on your face. You will see God in it. You will see and feel His great love and care over you and for you. You may still be left wondering why this happened. Yet, you will be comforted that He never left you nor forsook you. HE is walking beside you in this! You could make it a point to think of something new each day to be thankful for and to give praise for. And you may want to journal as you go as well. This will give you something to look back on, so you can see what all God has done, and is doing for you. Especially when a difficult day comes along, which it will, just look in your journal and you will be encouraged! In Christ, Mae You also may like these posts.
Time goes by He hears and He cares His Plans Remembering Hunting With Clayton Hey everyone! After completing my Life Coach course this fall, and now a few months into doing the practicum part, where I get my practice coaching hours in, I have finally came up with my coaching niche. Super exciting! I have two specific areas that I will be assisting my clients with through my life coaching. Parent CoachOne niche is parent coaching. Narrowing that down more, it's Purposeful Parenting Coaching. And narrowing it a bit further, my focus is on mothers, helping them to find and achieve purposeful mothering in their parenting. I know first hand as a mom of 8 children, and now one more one the way, that mothering is a very hard job, as well as a very vital role, and one of the highest callings we can ever have. It has always been a passion of mine to be a support and encouragement to fellow moms. And now as a life coach I can do that in a big way! We can use all the help we can get to raise these children God has blessed us with, to be strong men and women of God. Grief Coach My other niche is grief coaching. Helping women get back to a new normal, and get their life back on track after the sudden and tragic loss of a child or other loved one. Since loosing our 14 year-old son very suddenly in a tragic quad accident in April 2017, I know how hard this can be. But through God we have had joy again, and peace and comfort that only He can give. I want to be a support to you. And help you rest and trust in God through this. This is not the end of your story. He's got something beautiful for you! As of right now I am still a student life coach in need of several practice coaching hours, before I can receive my certification as a Christian Life Coach. So I am really looking for anyone that can benefit from either area, that I am focusing on in my life coaching, so that I can be a help to them and they can be a help to me! And it is all free. No worries!
So if this is you, if you are feeling a little lost in your mothering, or things are not going just as would like, and you seek new vision and purpose in your mothering, then contact me and I will see how I can best assist you in making these changes happen. Or if you have recently gone through a loss and you can't see how you can go on again, and get your life back to a new normal. I will work with you to rediscover, or renew your vision and propose in life, and to find hope again. Even if your loss has been awhile in the pass, you still may feel you have never truly or completely recovered from that. I know our lives are never the same again after a loss, but I believe we can heal and go on victoriously! Please contact me with any questions you may have, and if you are interested in my coaching services. Coaching is almost all done over the phone, so I can do coaching with you regardless of where you live. But if you are near me, then we can do in-person coaching too! Mae's Life Coaching God Bless!
