About the book from the back cover:
Finding hope in the midst of
tragedy.
Tragedies have a way of coming into our lives so suddenly and unexpectedly leaving us with lives that are forever changed, with broken hearts, and shattered dreams.  Holding to Hope is our family’s story of  the loss of our 14 year-old son, the hope that has kept us going, and about what God has been doing in our lives since. I’m writing our story for anyone who has walked a road of heartbreak and tragedy, to share about the healing and redemptive love that’s found in Christ and encourage you to keep holding on to hope.
I want you to know whether your tragedy was something that came completely out of nowhere and was out of your control, or if it was a consequence from choices you made. This is not the end of your story, and you are not forgotten, you're not forsaken, you're not less than.
But rather you are loved, accepted, chosen, set apart, and forgiven by the ONE who fashioned this world from nothing and breathed the breath of life into you. There is still hope for your shattered dreams. God is still writing your story.
This book is not so much about our story, but about the beautiful story that God is working out in your life and has allowed me to be a part of because of the story He allowed to unfold in our lives. I love how these things connect,  and work out like that, and how God can take the bad, the ugly, and all the broken pieces of our lives and make them into one beautiful and amazing story that only He can orchestrate and use for His glory.
That's the kind of God I serve that One I write about throughout the pages of this book and invite you into a relationship with, not religion. In Him alone our Hope is found. For there is no true & lasting hope outside of God. Together let’s keep holding on to Hope!
God is still writing your story!!
Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.  Romans 15:13 KJV
