![]() Hey there, I am excited to announce that I am officially launching my speaking Ministry! Over a year ago I had really felt God putting on my heart about sharing through speaking, the many things the He has been doing in our lives since the loss of our son in April 2017. He has taught me so much, and I have grown so much in Him. The peace and joy I have had in God since our loss has been is really indescribably. It's amazing what God can and will do when we put our lives in His hands. He has the power to transform lives, heal the broken in heart, and turn something ugly into something beautiful! And I am eager to share that hope and peace He has given me to others that are going through tough things in life. So I have made this little video to help promote my speaking ministry. And I need your help to get the word out there about it. Right now my speaking will have to be very local to where I live, but latter on, God willing, I hope we will be going many places to speak and share with others. We never know what God will do when we give ourselves for His service! You can contact me here on my website, or send me an e-mail. I look forward to hearing from you! In Him, Mae [email protected]

![]() Hey you all, Here is a newsy video blog post about what I'm up to right now, and God has been teaching me. I feeling like He has been teaching me just to be myself, and not to strive to be someone else, to speak as they speak etc... But really be who He created me to be ad do what He created me to do. We are not here to fill someone else shoes, only our own. And not to be so striving for perfection that it holds us back from He has called us to do. But to do our best and let Him do the rest! May you be encouraged with that fellow sister, just relax and be you and let Him flow through you! And it will become not about us, but all about Him. Because it is no longer we that live but Christ that liveth in us! Amen! I also lightly talk about the 7th day Sabbath and how it is one of the 10 commandments and is still very much for us today. I just talk about it enough for you to be introduced to is and to whet your appetite to learn more. Seek God and His Word and truth. And since its the season I also mentioned Christmas and how we do not celebrate due to the fact it has so many pagan origins attached to it. All through scripture we can see the God did not like any pagan thing used in worship to Him. I highly encourage anyone who truly loves God and wants to please Him in every area of your life to look into this more in both scripture, and about the origins of almost all the traditions linked to Christmas. I only mentioned enough to get you started! May you always stay hungry for God and His truth! In Him, Mae
Hey everyone!
Here is another episode of our mom and girls podcast for you! This one is one true beauty and what God has to say about it. May we be more focused on the condition of our hearts than the outer appearance. Clothe ourselves in humility and the adornment of a meek and quite spirit. May you be blessed and and encouraged ! in Him, Mae Below is the list of verses on beauty that we read on the podcast, along with a few others too. Matthew 11:29 King James Version (KJV) 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 1 Timothy 2:9 King James Version (KJV) 9 In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array;1 Timothy 2:10 King James Version (KJV) 10 But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works. 1 Peter 3:3-4 King James Version (KJV) 3 Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; 4 But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price. 1 Samuel 16:7 King James Version (KJV) 7 But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart. 2 Timothy 2:22 King James Version (KJV) 22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart. 1 John 2:15-17 King James Version (KJV) 15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. Colossians 3:5 King James Version (KJV) 5 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: Ephesians 2:10 King James Version (KJV) 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Romans 12:2 King James Version (KJV) 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. 2 Timothy 4:8 King James Version (KJV) 8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. 1 Peter 5:5 King James Version (KJV) 5 Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. Proverbs 31:10 King James Version (KJV) 10 Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. Proverbs 31:30 King James Version (KJV) 30 Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised. ![]()
Time is a very precious thing. In this episode we read verses about time, talk about being good stewards of our time, and making the most of of our lives and days for God.
I also talk about the fragility of life. When you have lost a loved one very suddenly and unexpectedly, you know that life is a very delicate thing and not to be taken for granted, not one day, not even a few minutes. All our days, hours, and minutes are precious gifts from God. May you be inspired to make the most of the time God has given you no matter how young or old you are. Your life is a miracle! And you are on this Earth and living in this time for a reason and purpose. Never forget that! In Him, Mae Renfroe www.lightsforjes.com |
