Introducing our newest baby!! A boy! Our new baby #10 vlog style video. Mae Renfroe News about my 10th baby Welcome to this week's video. I talk about the importance of looking for God in the little things in life. Too often we can be looking for the big things and waiting on those answers for the big prayers we have been diligently praying, that we miss seeing God at work in the everyday. I share two very amazing God divine appointments in my life recently and encourage you all to not overlook or downplay those little things. The little things often have just as much importance or impact as the big things and in some cases even more. In Him, Mae Renfroe It's a new year! May we look forward to all the new things this year will hold! Look for new opportunities and new ideas for evangelism and outreach. Be open to new things God has for you to do or new places He wants you to go. He just needs eager servants, obedient believers, and devoted followers! Hey you all, It's been a long while since I have been able to post on blog. The only things I really had been posting was just my YouTube videos, and now here of late I haven't even been able to manage that. Life has been busy. Here is what's been going on in my life. Homeschooling. Housekeeping. Working on my book. Organizing and packing for our trip to Texas. Then our trip to Texas. Unpacking. Back to schooling. Back to working on my book. Schooling. Book editing. Schooling. More book editing. That's been my life. But good news! My book is nearly ready for uploading to the global network! Holding on to Hope - A family's story of loss and the hope that keeps them going. Yes, almost ready!!! And I can't wait for it to go out and bless those God has attended for it to. It will be ready by Thanksgiving . So start looking for it soon. I haven't been doing much for videos lately on my YouTube, but I do have several there that I have not posted here on my blog. Hey, and welcome to this week's video!! I'm talking about our 14 day quarantine from having just traveled to Canada from Texas. It has me just a bit upset having to quarantine like this when we are all perfectly well and healthy. and we are missing out on stuff. Like the kids Bible camp, going camping with my mom and sister, or just going down to the river. it's a bummer. Though even in this we have much to be thankful for. thankful for our good health, for my family, for a safe and peaceful place to live ( there is alot oh turmoil in the world right now) and that I have God as my Hope and My Help!! I also mention and fix something I said in my last video. I let mothers know that being a mother is one of the greatest things you do. It's great when families can be an outreach out side the home, but what we do in the home is so very vital, and is not less than. And it's our first place of outreach. Overwhelmed at times from trying to keep up with homeschooling and everything else? Like there is no end to the tasks in front of you? Your not alone! We all have these days from time to time. It's called reality and motherhood!! The inspiration for doing this video came from one of my down days. And you can tell the first part of the video was done when i just wasn't feeling all into it. The last part was done the next day with renewed energy and fresh inspiration. So may this be a help to you in your down and overwhelmed days. Knowing that there is better days ahead. God hears us before we even speak a word, ( Psalms 139:4 - Before a word is on my tongue you, LORD, know it completely. Isaiah 65:24- Before they call I will answer; while they are still speaking I will hear. ) So we can be assured that He hears our every prayer. And we can also be assured that He answers our every prayer too. But what we need to realize is that He answers in His time, His way and His will. So the answers don’t always come when we want, how we want and don’t always look the way we want them to. But He answers our prayers according to His will and what’s best for us for our good and for his glory. And that is really what we want anyway. We just want Him in our lives and His will done in our lives. I believe God answers every prayer in one of three ways. Yes. No. And not yet. In this video I want to encourage you to not give up or get weary in prayer, and not lose hope. But continue to seek the Father and His will and His heart. And seek and pray that your desires and heart longings are aligned with those of God’s. Psalms 37:4 tells us that when we take delight in the LORD, he will give us the desires of your heart. But first and foremost God himself needs to be the desire of our hearts. God and His Will for our lives need to be the desire of our hearts. And when we desire or love God with all our hearts, soul, and mind then hearts should be in the right place and we will be desiring the right things. Ok, so here is the last garden video of the season. It's harvest season. Both in the gardens and fields, and a spiritual harvest. The doors may be closed for a lot of things we call normal life, but the doors and hearts are wide open for the spiritual harvest. Now is the time to be diligent in our witnessing. We are harvesting the last of the vegetables in our garden. Since doing this video we got the last of the potatoes, carrots, beets, and rutabagas out of the ground. We waited almost too late and the ground was already starting to freeze, but got everything out and safely in our cold room. We are very thankful for the good harvest.
