In this video from the cemetery I talk about the importance of letting yourself grieve after loss, and not holding it in and trying to be too strong to soon. I share my experience after the loss of our 14 year old son, and how I didn't just allow the tears to flow. That process of Grieving is so important in our healing and moving forward after loss. I share comforting Bible verses that display God's great love and compassion for us, and how He is there for the broken hearted and He wants to heal and mend our broken hearts. There is a hope and purpose for the difficult things we go through in life. God wants us to get back up and keep on going. But we don't do that on our own strength but on His and He doesn't expect us to. To connect with me, or to ask about my grief coaching and support please visit my website and blog.
